We accept cancellation up to 24 hours after you have placed your order for a full refund. After the 24 hours we do not accept cancellations or any modification to your order.
Returns for Custom Labels
Each custom label is custom made as such we do not accept any return or exchange on our custom made labels.
Returns for Products
We offer store credit on products if the product is not what you intended. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
You will be required to cover the cost of shipping to return the product to Unit 7/19 Rodborough Rd, Frenchs Forest, NSW 2086. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know in advance that you will be returning your product(s).
Once the product has been received by us and inspected that it is in its original condition, you will be issued a store credit voucher for the purchase value of the product. If the products return not in its original condition of sale the refund will be rejected.
Please be mindful that we are shipping fragile products and there is a slight chance of products getting damaged/broken during transit. We are more than happy to replace the broken product with in 7 days of receipt of for no extra charge, but we can't be liable for the additional shipping cost.
