Shipping policy
Dispatch and Delivery:
- Little Label Co ships worldwide using Australia Post. If at checkout your country is not listed or an error generating the shipping cost occurs please email hello@littlelabelco.com for us to create a custom shipping order.
- All shipping rates are based on order weight.
Shipping (no custom labels)
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are from $9.95 - $18.95 based on total order weight.
- Please bear in mind these processing times will vary during busy sale periods.
Shipping (with custom labels)
- Orders are dispatched within 4-6 business days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are from $6.95 - $18.95 based on total order weight.
- Please bear in mind these processing times will vary during busy sale periods.
Important Notes:
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
- Little Label Co are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages during transit.
- Signature is required upon delivery during business hours (occasional out-of-hour deliveries might occur).
- Unattended deliveries: The courier will leave a notification card for pickup at a designated location.
- Authorising "leave at door" releases Little Label Co from liability for stolen goods, even with purchased Parcel Protection.
- Returned packages due to customer error including not accepting delivery, providing incorrect address and unclaimed parcels for more than 2 weeks will incur additional shipping charges for resending, even with purchased Parcel Protection.
