How do I earn points?

Join the LLC community by creating an account and earn 1 point per each $1 spent.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you accumulate 500 points you get $5.00 off your next order and $10 off once you accumulate 1000 points.

Can I redeem points from past orders?

Our rewards program launched August 24, 2021. Unfortunately, the system does not backtrack orders before this date.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders with labels only are shipped via Australia post within 1-2 weeks from the date of order. We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time; however, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by Australia Post or any delay caused by providing us an incorrect delivery address. Please allow 1-7 business days to receive your postage.

For international shipping please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

Our storage products are sent via couriers Please & Australia post ,allow 2-7 business days to receive your package after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do international shipping. Please email hello@littlelabelco.com for a personal shipping quote. In the email include exactly what you would like and your postal details. We do not cover import/custom fees.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs within Australia are between $7.00-$28.95 depending on your postcode and the size/weight of the contents in your cart. For International orders the shipping is calculated upon checkout depending on your location, box size and weight.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Yes, we can deliver labels to any PO Box or Parcel Locker in Australia. If you are ordering storage products you won’t be allowed to provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address.

ABOUT VINYL LABELS

What are your labels and decals made of?

All our labels are made of semi-permanent high quality removable vinyl. They adhere to almost all smooth and clean surfaces such as glass, plastic, plastered walls, certain types of wood, tiles and wallpaper. Vinyl is durable, long-lasting and unlike other labels, vinyl labels don’t have a backing and almost look like they’ve been painted on. They are an affordable and easy way to organise, simplify and revive your living space.

What can vinyl labels be applied to?

Vinyl will only stick to completely smooth surfaces like glass, plastic and most types of treated wood. Vinyl will not stick to raw wood, fabric or rough surfaces.

Will your labels work on fabric?

Unfortunately our labels do not stick on fabric. If you wish to label fabric storage boxes, you can purchase our card stock or acrylic labelled tags and glue gun them on.

Are the labels easy to apply?

Our labels come with easy to understand application instructions. Just follow the instructions step by step and nothing can go wrong. PLEASE ENSURE LABELS ARE USED WITHIN A WEEK OF RECEIVING THEM OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT APPLY EASILY. The longer it is left on the clear backing, the harder it is to come off. The installation instructions can be found here

Are the vinyl labels removable?

Yes! Our labels are made to be easily removable. Start on one corner and slowly peel off the decal. If they have been on for a while, you may need to add heat or pop the item in the dishwasher as vinyl softens/melts in heat.

Are the labels and decals reusable?

Our labels and decals are removable but NOT reusable. The vinyl film is very thin and during removal will most likely change shape, bend or tear.

How do I apply the labels?

You will receive full instructions on how to apply the vinyl with every order. Please follow all instructions carefully as we are not responsible if you damage the product in the process.

Are the labels waterproof?

Providing they are applied according to our instructions on clean surfaces they are waterproof 24 hours after application. Hand wash is recommended only once applied.

Are the labels dishwasher safe?

While our vinyl labels are water resistant, they don’t like heat. For longer lasting labels, we recommend hand washing your products with labels.

My labels won’t stick on the IKEA Trofast tubs.

The IKEA Trofast tubs aren’t an idea surface for the vinyl labels as they tend to reject the vinyl. In saying that, you can successfully apply the labels with extra care and patience. Make sure you leave the clear application tape for more than 24 hours before peeling and use a lot of force rubbing the label on the surface.

What is the expected durability of the labels?

The labels are water resistant 24 hours after application. Black and white labels will last up to 5-8 years, colour vinyls up to 3-5 years and metallic up to 2-3 years.

HOW TO ORDER LABELS

Do you make custom labels?

Other than our pre-selected packs and pre-made sticker labels, all our labels are custom made specifically for you. You can customise your wording, font and colour at every product page.

I want to buy 30 different labels, do I buy it as bulk or single?

If you are buying less than 6 labels, you would purchase single labels. If you are buying bulk (more than 6 labels) you would purchase our bulk packs. In this instance where you are purchasing 30 different labels you would purchase 1 x 24 pack and 1 x 6 pack.

I want to order two different types of labels. Can I order them together under one product page?

As long as the label sizes are the same you can order them together. Just make sub-headings in your list. Eg. Pantry and First Aid labels. If you are ordering different size labels, you will need to order them separately as they are priced differently.

What do you mean when you say max three words per label?

We are referring to labels like Self Raising Flour, Chinese Five Spice or Happy 30th Birthday. If you are ordering 3 different words per label (eg. Flour sugar rice), you will be contacted by one of our team members.

How do I know which size to purchase?

Due to the custom nature of our business and the variety of 25 different fonts it is very hard to provide specific measurements of each label. our guide is there to help you choose the right label for your container, jar or tub. Please measure your space accurately before selecting a size. As for personalised name labels, you will have the option before checking out to decide on which size would suit best. Again, please measure your surface accurately before selecting size.NB: this is just a guide for labels with 1-2 words. if you list a label with more than 2-3 words it could go over the specified measurements.

How do I select two colours in the one order?

If you are ordering one product but would like two colours, when you are listing your labels just make headings ‘black’ and ‘white’ list your labels under those headings or you can send an email to hello@littlelabelco.com

Do you have to individually write down the ingredients or is there a generic set you can order?

All of our orders are custom made and you do have to personalise your own labels, however if you need help deciding, we sell pre-selected kitchen label packs.

Are labels with more than 2 words counted as 1 or 2 labels?

The price is per label, per ingredient, per name. For example, Plain Flour, Family Documents or Happy 30this counted as one label.

Do you correct spelling errors?

While we try and correct obvious typos, we cannot be held responsible for any labels you receive that is spelled incorrectly.

Do you correct any errors made on an order?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we go through daily, any errors made regarding quantities or colours will not be corrected. We trust our customers are triple checking their orders before placing them. We will only send out what is on your order summary.

Do you give bulk discounts?

On our website we have single prices and package prices. All our bulk packages (packs of 6, 12, 24, 36, 48) offered online have already been discounted to give you the best value.

Can I add or change my order?

With the high volume of orders we receive and to avoid any disruptions to the our processes we strictly don’t allow any changes or additions once order is placed as it adds huge delays on the smooth running of the business and orders.

Can you label the products for us?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we can't label products for you. It takes a lot of time and care applying labels and this will delay orders.

Can I customise my order?

Yes, you definitely can! All items are made to order so you can choose from any of our available colours, fonts and designs. Upon checkout place your chosen words or designs in the comments box.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

What is your return and exchange policy on labels?

Each label you receive is made to order and custom made just for you so please choose carefully as we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What is your return and exchange policy on products?

We offer store credit on products if the product is not what you intended. To qualify for the return the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You will be required to cover the cost of the shipping to return the product to Unit 7/19 Rodborough Rd Frenchs Forest NSW 2086. Please ensure product is packed well to avoid breakage in transit. Once the product has been received by us and inspected that it is still in its original condition, you will be issued store credit voucher for the purchase value of the product. Unfortunately, you will need to wear the cost of broken items.

What if the product I receive is faulty?

In an unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please email us at hello@littlelabelco.com as soon as you receive your order with your full name, description of the item and images of the damaged good. Once we assess the item we will refund the purchase price (does not include postage) or provide a replacement. There is strictly no replacement or refund on products that have been damaged/broken from wear and tear after this period.

What if the package I receive has been opened or tampered with?

In an unlikely event that the package you receive has been tampered with please notify your nearest Australia Post as soon as possible. Little Label Co is not responsible for the loss of any item. For added security you may purchase 'registered post' prior to checking out for an additional cost.

Have you got warranty on your products?

Little Label Co products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults and defects. Our products are covered for 14 days from the date of receiving them, providing there is reasonable evidence. In this period you are entitled to have the goods replaced. Our guarantee does not cover water damage, improper handling, accidents or normal wear and tear through everyday use after that period.

STORAGE PRODUCTS

Can you wash your jars with the vinyl on them?

Absolutely! They are water resistant as long as they have been applied according to our instructions. You can hand wash but DO NOT put them in the dishwasher.

How do you apply the acrylic tags on baskets?

If you are buying swing tags, you will be provided twine to tie them on. If you are buying the tags without twine, you can use a glue gun, Velcro strips or blu-tack to stick them on.

Are your products airtight?

We take a lot of pride in the quality of our products and wouldn’t sell anything that wasn’t 100% airtight.

I don’t know what size jar to buy

General rule to go by is to purchase a larger jar than the weight you are purchasing. For eg. If you buy 1kg flour you need a 2L jar, 2kg rice, you need a 3L jar.
